Product Warranty

Our Canadian made Products will carry 5 years warranty for frame, 2 years warranty on spring system, 1 year warranty on the foam. Our imported/clearance inventory will carry warranty of 6-12 months depending the product itself which will cover the wooden frame, spring system of the product. It will be Valid from the date of delivery or pickup. All items are brand new and inspected in our warehouse by our quality control team. Therefore, every new product is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer’s terms and conditions as detailed in their warranty policies; therefore, all repairs or replacements need to be approved by the manufacturer. The warranty applies to manufacture defects resulting from residential use only. This warranty does not cover items used for commercial purposes. Furniture with concealed damage reported within 72 hours of delivery or pick-up. This warranty does not include -cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact/accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric & leather pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains.

Products that have been stored, assembled incorrectly, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and cleaning products, are not covered by this warranty. This warranty does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in an extreme environment. This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.

Shipping & Returns

Micasa Furniture offers shipping all over Manitoba  with exception to some  territories and other remote regions. The standard shipping method with our local delivery partners is available on every order. All “In-stock” items ship within 2-3 business days. Whereas Customized items shipped between 3-7 weeks. For “Out of stock” items contact us for ETA and pre-order options.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email from our team stating the order processing time and estimated delivery duration.

Shipment Schedule

  • Shipments are scheduled from Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

  • For specific time and day shipment, please contact us at micasawinnipeg@gmail.com

  • Third-Party shipments are only at the curbside or front door.

  • Premium Delivery service and assembly are available for an additional fee.

Returns

  • Please contact servicebymicasawinnipeg@gmail.com as soon as possible with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo. Also, include your order number, the date your order was delivered while requesting a return

  • You have five(5) calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • Items must to be un-assembled (never assembled) and in original packaging and without any damages.

  • Once approved, the return shipping label will be issued at customer expenses.

  • All mattresses are Final sale items due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange

In case of a manufacturer defect or damaged item, please let us know within five days of receiving your order. Exchange request needs to be approved by our Customer Service associate. Please contact us as soon as possible with a detailed description of the issue along with a photo. An exchange Authorization number will be issued to process the Exchange request further. For us to accept your Exchange/return, the item must be: Items have to be un-assembled (never assembled) and in original packaging and without any damages.

Pick Up

Once the item is ready for a pickup at your nearest location, we will send a confirmation email. When Picking up at our locations, please make necessary transportation arrangements as per the item or call our Customer Service associate. Buyer is solely responsible for the transportation and handling of the item. Any damages that occur due to transport and handling do not qualify for return or exchange.

Assembly

Most of our products require light to moderate assembly. The product includes assembly instruction manuals and tools. In case manuals or tools are missing, contact our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you. Premium Delivery service and assembly are available for an additional fee.
